Site one: http://online2pdf.com
Apparently it does not like.pub files from the 90s. My Publisher 2013 for Windows won't even open them. The files produced after 1995 seem to open fine. This is GREAT! Losing my Publisher files was the worst thing about moving from PC to MAC. Now I can see them in Word for Mac. There is no Publisher for mac so my Publisher is opened from the virtual machine (Parallels 8 on Windows 7). It worked before on Vista. Office 365 Enterprise E3- Download Publisher or Access on Mac I have the above version of office 365 but cannot find Publisher or Access. Can anyone advise. Group or ungroup shapes.
With this site you upload a Microsoft publisher file and the site automatically converts it and then you download it via your Safari web browser as a PDF file.
1. Go to online2pdf.com
2. Click on the browse button and upload your publisher file.
3. The file will automatically download as a safari download.
4. Click on the download and it will open in preview and you can print it.
This has Google ads along the right hand sidebar so I assume it is funded by Google advertising.
Site two: http://www.publishertopdf.com
This site is similar.
1. Go to publishertopdf.com
Publisher App For Mac
2. Drag your file on this icon to upload it.

3. When the orange download box appears, click on it. This can take a few minutes for large files.

This second site doesn’t have any advertising.
I have tested both these sites and they both worked for the file I was converting which was a four-page document including text and images. I couldn’t see that one site worked any better than the other.
Thanks to Gordon’s comment below, here’s another site that looks great and handles bigger files:
To see what is the latest version of Rocket, you can either click the version number at the bottom of Rocket, or click here(publisherrocket.com/updates/). If, for some reason, you do not have the latest version, no problem. Just delete your copy from your computer, and download the latest version from here.(publisherrocket.com/download/)
You should have received your license key in an email, however, we recently created an even easier way to get started with Rocket:
Just go ahead and enter the email address you used to purchase Rocket and the system will automatically activate and register your license.
If that doesn’t work, then contact us on below and we’ll find it for you.
- WILL ROCKET WORK ON MY (IPAD, SMARTPHONE, CHROMEBOOK, ETC)?
Unfortunately no, however, Rocket will work on PC and Mac computers. It works for Mac 10.9 above and all versions of Windows except for Vista and older (10+ years). Once downloaded, just open up the one file, choose whether you’re on a Mac or Windows and begin. It’s that simple.
